Tobacco Caye may not be the easiest destination to travel to...however, you will be awarded with a genuine and relaxed Caribbean island feeling amongst beautiful nature - both over and under the water!
how to get here...
The main entry point for our guests is through Belize City International Airport (BZE). There are several ways to get to Dangriga and the "Riverside" where the boats leave for Tobacco Caye. The flight to Dangriga takes no more than 15 minutes, a taxi takes about two hours and the "chicken bus" about 3.5 hours. A taxi from the local airstrip to the Riverside takes 5 minutes.

Once at the "Riverside" and unless you have asked us to help arrange a transport - ask around for someone to take you to Tobacco Caye. The scenic boat ride is normally 30-40 minutes and cost about $30-35US per person one way (based upon a 4 person minimum).
